ARTWORK SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Please do not send GIFs, JPGs, PNGs, or ANY native Microsoft files as final artwork.
SIZING
- Please submit all files at the size you wish them to be printed.
- Maximum image size is 16 by 21 inches.
VECTOR FILES
- Adobe Illustrator is preferred. If you are using another vector application, please save files as either .eps or .pdf.
- Please convert all type to outlines, and embed all placed images.
- Placed raster images must be a minimum of 300ppi at the size the image is to be printed.
- Please provide Pantone numbers - Solid Coated or Solid Uncoated only.
RASTER FILES and PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES
- Please do not send jpgs or gifs that have been downloaded from the web, they do not provide enough resolution for useable artwork.
- Resolution must be a minimum of 300ppi at the size the image is to be printed.
- Do not flatten layers.
- Save files as .psd, .eps, .tif, or .pdf
- If you are looking for close color matching for full-color photographic Images, a match print essential.
Please compress larger files and send to art@mirrorimage.com by Dropbox or an on-line file transfer service such as WeTransfer.com or SendThisFile.com.
