(c) CONSULTATION.-With respect to the promulga- 3

tion of regulations to identify agricultural occupations 4

which are particularly hazardous for the employment of 5

children under the age of 18 or detrimental to the health 6

or well-being of such children, the Secretary of Labor shall 7

consult and collaborate with the Secretary of Agriculture, 8

and shall include in such regulations a process by which 9

children may be employed in such occupations as voca- 10

tional agriculture student-learners so long as such children 11

have successfully completed a Cooperative State Research, 12

Education, and Extension Service training program or 13

have successfully completed a bona fide agricultural edu- 14

cation training program. During the rulemaking process 15

under this section, the Secretary of Agriculture shall co- 16

operate with the Secretary of Labor, including providing 17

advice and technical expertise. 18

SEC. 7. AUTHORIZATION. 19

There is authorized to be appropriated to the Sec- 20

retary of Labor such sums as may be necessary for to 21

carry out this Act and the amendments made by this Act. 22
